How We Send You Your FamilySong
An overview of how we deliver your personalized songs and the features available within your personal library to enhance your experience. We’ll also show you how to access previous versions of your songs and use our support bot for any revisions.

All of your songs will be stored and displayed in your library. This can be accessed at any time from the link in the header. The first time you enter this page, you will be asked to verify your email and will be sent a login link.
While a song is in progress, it will be named after the people it is written about - being given a proper title upon completion. During this stage, you can fast-track delivery to 12 hours and purchase a lyric sheet if you haven't done so already.
Once complete, you can still buy a lyric sheet for your song, but you can also remix it into a different genre, view older versions of the song, and share it with friends and family.

A Melody Remix is when we take an existing song that you love, and switch it up with a new genre. This could be taking your jazzy love song and turning it into a passionate rock song, or turning your nostalgic folk song into an upbeat pop song. Regardless of the genres chosen, we keep the lyrics the same.
The remix popup allows you to listen to all the remixed version of that song, and purchase any new ones you wish to make.

The Share popup contains a link that you can copy and send to anyone to let them listen to the song. It also contains shortcuts to downloading the song file, as well as sharing that link via email, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Telegram.
The Versions popup contains a list of previous versions of your songs and lyrics. You can listen to those versions here and also download them, as well as the lyric files.

In the bottom right of your library, there is a blue button that when clicked, opens up our support bot. It will help answer any of your questions, and allow you to request a revision for a specific song if you desire. Simply click on the song you want changing and then describe what you want changed about it.
